NAIOP MOPS UP

Last night, we found PM Realty Group's David Tyler and Cousins exec Thad Ellis celebrating summer at NAIOP's Happy Hour at SweetWater Brewing Co.  David tells us he's glad to be marketing medical office space, since that sector is solid. And Thad, a Seaford, Del., native, says Cousins is pleased with the level of leasing activity and quality of tenants it's seeing. He made no mention of lease rates, though!
We also caught up with TBM Insurance?s Gamal Codner and Brasfield & Gorrie?s Brandon Riddick-Seals, whom we seem to run into at all the local CRE networking events. Despite wicked thunderstorms that left several partiers soaked, the event was so successful that the commemorative NAIOP SweetWater pint glasses were in limited supply. And in an apropos development, a bartender won the coveted iPad in the biggest raffle of the evening.
