Kroger Given Green Light?

Majestic Realty got the OK from Fulton County Commissioners to lease nearly 300 acres adjacent to Charlie Brown Field off Fulton Industrial Boulevard for a three-building, 2.6M SF industrial complex, according to the AJC. This paves the way for Majestic's Stan Conway to pursue “Project Jasper,” the secret industrial deal that is widely known as Kroger Co's 1M SF requirement for a refrigerated warehouse that originally was eyeing Fort Gillem's redevelopment. Stan (seen here with Majestic's Angela Jandoc and Dani Campbell) did not return calls seeking comment.
