We love the way industrial brokers and developers roll, so last night we stopped by general contractor ARCO Design/Build?s happy hour at Hal?s in Buckhead. The upstairs bar and dining area filled quickly with industrial tenant and landlord reps and a few office types. We snapped this of Red Rock Developments? John Barker Jr. and Wilson, Hull & Neal's Bilijack Bell, who were talking about their days at The Baylor School in Chattanooga. John lives in Charlotte now but spends ample time in Atlanta because he subscribes to the old-fashioned philosophy of calling on people in person. Seems to be paying off. Red Rock is closing in on a couple of cool development deals. (Stay tuned.)
