GETTING 2001 PRICING

Marietta Medical Center is nearing a new owner, and it may go for near what it sold for in 2001, Transwestern's Kevin Markwordt  tells us. State Farm  foreclosed on the 98.5k SF property in May and listed it for sale. The medical office building is across from Wellstar Kennestone Hospital in Marietta and is a little more than half leased. Back in 2001, the property traded for $13M, Kevin says.
