| Rick (left) tells us Georgia Power will use the building for equipment storage and distribution. We asked Rick about activity overall, which he characterized as fairly slow on the Southside: ?I still think it's got about another 12 months to go? before all gears kick in with the market. (That means Christmas 2013 you're buying that special someone a warehouse.)
