Lee & Associates? Rick Tumlin and colleague  Mike Sutter helped Southlake Development snag Georgia Power for a  77k SF lease  at its 230 Johnson Rd facility, a 96k SF industrial building in Forest Park.
 
Rick (left) tells us Georgia Power will use the building for  equipment storage and distribution. We asked Rick about activity overall, which he characterized as fairly slow on the Southside: ?I still think it's got about another 12 months to go? before all gears kick in with the market. (That means Christmas 2013 you're buying that special someone a warehouse.) Leasing has diminished a lot of the supply, and Rick says it's only a matter of time before landlords begin to push rates upward  again. CBRE's Chad Burd  and  David Nixon repped Georgia Power.
