First New Condo Is Coming

The Loudermilk Co is officially moving forward on one of Atlanta's first new condo projects since the recession. (If you're currently mooching some sleep on someone's couch, you have one less excuse.)

Loudermilk (headed by Robin Loudermilk) filed permits to begin work on Seventh, its 20-unit condo project with ground-floor retail at 867 Peachtree Rd by Starbucks and the Vortex Bar & Grill. (Does caffeine count as construction material? Some say it's essential.) According to the Seventh's website, units will be priced starting around $700k. Brasfield & Gorrie is the GC.
