Duke Realty leased 126k SF of distribution space to Mitsubishi Electric & Electronics? HVAC Division at 2800 Vista Ridge Road Drive in Duke?s Horizon Business Center in Suwanee. Mitsubishi will move in next month, making the building 100% leased. Alan Clayton of Jones Lang repped Mitsubishi, while Brian Sutton of Duke repped ownership.
