We were at lunch Friday at the Buckhead Maggiano?s and ran into Beck Group eastern division chief Brad Phillips and daughter Jessica, whom we snapped with Two Alliance Center symbolically between them in the background. That, of course, is the new 20-story, 500k SF trophy Beck built for Tishman Speyer, 126k SF of which Marsh/Mercer leased last fall in a deal valued at about $45 million. A couple weeks ago, Tishman added some nice signage to the top of the tower. Jessica would appreciate that: She's in marketing at Beck.
