Best and Final Awards

Last night the industry came out in force for the annual Million Dollar Club awards by the Atlanta Commercial Board of Realtors. We asked Brown Realty Advisors' Walter Miller (who's restoring a '70 BMW CS, in his free time) about Harbor Creek apartments in Holly Springs. The 360-unit multifamily property is in best-and-final offers to buy from Bank of America (which owns it through an REO). Walter tells us the pricing is coming in higher than expected.
