Behringer Harvard Unveils Cyan

In case you missed it, Dallas-based Behringer Harvard's multifamily REIT is going to break ground on what it's calling Cyan on Peachtree—a 329-unit luxury apartment tower on Peachtree Road in Buckhead. According to filings with the SEC, Behringer Harvard's 23-story project will include a seven-level parking deck and be developed by an affiliate of Atlanta-based Atlantic Realty Partners with a projected opening by mid-2015. Equity for the project, located at 3380 Peachtree Rd, is being partly funded by Dutch pension fund advisor PGGM Private Real Estate Fund.
