AH, EXPANSION!

Just what the doctor ordered for an ailing office market: WebMD yesterday announced a long-term lease at Tishman Speyer?s Colony Square, expanding from another location in the complex to take the top two floors (41k SF) in the 400 Tower.
 

Located across the street from 1180 Peachtree, Colony Square was built in the early 1970s and was the city's first urban mixed-use development. Today, the complex includes 700k SF of office space, as well as residential condos, retail space, and a hotel. WebMD was repped by Michael Lipton of Colliers International here in Atlanta, along with David Falk and Kyle Ciminelli of Newmark Knight out of New York. Leslie Claxton represented Tishman.
