Located across the street from 1180 Peachtree, Colony Square was built in the early 1970s and was the city's first urban mixed-use development. Today, the complex includes 700k SF of office space, as well as residential condos, retail space, and a hotel. WebMD was repped by Michael Lipton of Colliers International here in Atlanta, along with David Falk and Kyle Ciminelli of Newmark Knight out of New York. Leslie Claxton represented Tishman. |
