PMRG Buying Peachtree Lenox Building

You're hearing it here first. We expect an announcement any day now that PM Realty Group has purchased the Peachtree Lenox Building, the glass-encased, nine-story, 125k SF office building adjacent to Lenox Square. The Lionstone Group, which purchased the circa-'60s office building in 2005 for $21.76M, is listed as the most previous owner, according to Databank. Details on the latest transaction were not available as of press time, and officials with PMRG and Texas-based Lionstone were not available.
