Breaking News: Towers at Wildwood Trades

We just learned that America's Capital Partners—in a newly formed fund— just acquired the Towers at Wildwood Plaza, the 700k SF office park in Cobb County near the new Braves stadium. The purchase price was not disclosed. But ACP's buy comes on the heels of AllState inking a deal for some 100k SF.
