Adam Neumann's co-working company has signed a long-term, 66k SF office lease at William Macklowe Co and Principal Real Estate Investors’ 311 West 43rd St (pictured) in Midtown West.

JLL’s Howard Hersch, Clark Finney and Mitch Konsker repped the owners, while Newmark Grubb Knight Frank’s Lance Kroman repped WeWork. Asking rent for the space is mid-$60s.
