The Durst Organization is on a leasing roll so far in 2017 at 4 Times Square.

The tax and auditing firm RSM US has signed a 95k SF lease at the skyscraper, just days after news came out that fintech company SS&C Technologies inked a big deal in the building, The Real Deal reports.

RSM’s space will cover the 10th and 11th floors and it includes a 2,100 SF outdoor terrace. Asking rent was around $85 per SF.

The firm is moving from 1185 Sixth Ave, where it operates in a much larger footprint of 165k SF. Savills Studley's Richard Schuham and Greg Taubin repped RSM, and Durst's Tom Bow and Rocco Romeo repped Durst. [TRD]
