Bed Bath & Beyond Signs Deals For Retail Space, Design Studio In Hudson Square

Bed Bath & Beyond and its design subsidiary, One Kings Lane, have signed a lease totaling about 79k SF at two Jack Resnick & Sons’ properties in the Hudson Square neighborhood.

Bed Bath & Beyond will take a full floor for about 28k SF at 250 Hudson St, and One Kings Lane will occupy close to 52k SF at 315 Hudson St.

One Kings Lane, which shoulders a significant amount of Bed Bath & Beyond’s design and photography workload, will move from the eighth floor to the fourth floor of the building.

315 Hudson St is in the midst of a $65M renovation, which started last year. Both leases are good for 10 years. Douglas Elliman Commercial’s Peter Gross and Jim Gross repped the tenants on both deals.

Jack Resnick & Sons’ Brett Greenberg and Dennis Brady repped the landlord on the 250 Hudson St deal. The in-house pair teamed up with Newmark Grubb Knight Frank’s David Falk, Jason Greenstein, Danny Levine and Peter Shimkin, to rep the landlord on the 315 Hudson St office deal.
