Accenture is the latest high-profile tenant to sign a lease at One Manhattan West.

The consulting firm will occupy the top eight floors of the under-construction office tower in Hudson Yards, a total of 250K SF. Accenture will bring together its more than 3,000 employees across New York in its new space, into which it will move in 2020.

Accenture is calling its new space an Innovation Hub, meant to be flexible and configurable for its employees to "rapidly prototype and launch transformative ideas that meet the demands of today’s fast-changing digital world," according to a company release.

The 67-story, 2.1M SF One Manhattan West will add Accenture to a roster of tenants including the NHL and law firms Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom LLP and McKool Smith.
