Morgan Freeman and Diane Keaton Leave 'Hipster' Brooklyn in New Movie

Morgan Freeman and Diane Keaton are tackling the New York real estate market in Focus Features' upcoming movie 5 Flights Up. The two play an older couple who moved to Brooklyn back when it was uncool, and are trying to sell their fifth floor walk-up now that the area is "filled with hipsters." A few scenes were shot near the Myrtle Avenue stop, and on Bedford Avenue between South 2nd and South 3rd streets, reports the Gothamist. The movie also features Cynthia Nixon as their realtor, and a few real estate tropes, like the person who goes to open houses just to browse and never to buy. While it's unclear exactly where Freeman and Keaton's apartment is located, a shot from the movie places it near Williamsburg's Southside with the Bridge and former Domino building in the background.
