On the heels of former Mayor Michael Bloomberg's $26M London mansion purchase, his ex-wife Susan Brown Bloomberg's two bedroom/two and a half bath duplex penthouse at 41 Bond St is in contract. The 2,700 SF pad was only on the market for a little over a month, and was last listed at $11.7M. It features 1,500 SF of outdoor space, Austrian oak wood floors, floor-to-ceiling windows, sliding glass doors, and an eclectic decor, with large dog photos, cat figurines, and a giant photo of a rhinoceros above the soaking tub.
