Related Cos and former Gov. Eliot Spitzer are teaming up to co-develop a 1.4M SF office and residential project at Hudson Yards.

The two developers own neighboring lots west of 10th Avenue, between 35th and 36th streets. Related and Spitzer have asked the city if they can split the combined project into two phases, and build 341k SF of residential space in the first phase, The Real Deal reports.

Phase 2 would include a 950k SF office tower fronting the newly created Hudson Boulevard Park. [TRD]
