In one of the largest leases this year,Nomura Holding America announced it is relocating from 2 World Financial Center to 900k SF of space at Worldwide Plaza in mid-’13—half of the Class-A office tower’s 1.8M SF. It will be taking 10 vacant floors, as well as 10 floors presently occupied by Universal Music Group, which is leaving this year. The lease brings the building to over 95% occupancy.
