Salvadori Center Honors Three

Last week, the Salvadori Center, a not-for-profit educational organization promoting math and science education through explorations of architecture and engineering, held its annual cocktail benefit at 601 Lexington. It honored three in the real estate industry with the Founder's Awards for Excellence, including Tishman Construction's Daniel Tishman (above with Boston Properties' Robert Selsam, chairman of the Salvadori Board of Directors and Salvadori president Leonisa Ardizzone) for business; HOK's Juliette Lam for design, and NYC Deputy Mayor for Economic Development Bob Lieber for public service. The event raises more than one-third of the Center's operating budget, which at $570k was its second most-successful benefit ever.
