Congrats to Torchlight Investors VP and portfolio manager Tim Zietara and Normandy Real Estate Partners founding managing principal David Welsh, who were honored by the NYU Schack Institute of Real Estate Alumni Association at its VIP benefactor reception. Tim (Class of ’96) received the 2011 Distinguished Alumni Award, while David (Class of ’97) will be “Honorary Banker” at NYU Shack’s annual Evening of Monopoly in September (which we assume means not slipping those $500s to his buddies).
