| We were on hand first at Club 101 for REBNY’s Retail Deal of the Year Awards. Winners of “Most Creative Retail Deal of the Year” (for their lease of former Gucci flagship at 685 Fifth Avenue): Cushman & Wakefield’s Gene Spiegelman and James Downey, here with REBNY Retail Committee chair Joanne Podell, FirstService Williams’Harry F. Blair and Clifford Molloy, who won for “ Retail Deal that Most Significantly Benefits Manhattan” (for Zara at 500 Fifth Ave) with colleague Sean Kearns. |
