iCIMS, which specializes in human resources recruitment software, inked a 350k SF lease at Bell Works, the mixed-use redevelopment at 101 Crawfords Corner Road in Holmdel by Somerset Partners. The company will relocate its corporate HQ from Matawan early next year, bringing 550 jobs to the area, while retaining future expansion rights on its lease.

According to Somerset, the property is over 50% leased, with a growing roster of tech tenants, less than two years after it was one of the single largest vacant office buildings in the country, CoStar reports. In May, WorkWave leased 72k SF there, and other tenants now include Acacia Communications, MetTel, McCann Systems, NVIDIA Corp, Spirent Communications, Suttons International, Symbolic IO and vi Collaboration Hub.
