The annual retreat hosts the industry’s biggest players for 42 hours of relaxed networking, inspiring discussions from leaders across a spectrum of industries and exciting activities on land, sea and air. 

When you join the Escape and Ascent team, you’re much more than a business development executive. Throughout the year, you’ll interact with the top CRE players in the game to curate a community of the highest-caliber attendees and cater to their personal and professional goals. From planning collaborative “tribe sessions” to facilitating casual opportunities where new partnerships are forged, the Escape and Ascent team is tasked with delivering unparalleled experiences virtually and in-person.

Director, Escape and Ascent

As director, you’ll work alongside the vice president and senior sales managers to identify and connect with the leaders of the industry. The director should be an entrepreneurial professional with a proven history of sales experience, including managing senior and C-suite clients, a deep knowledge of the CRE industry and the ability to execute a sales cycle from start to finish.

This individual should possess three key traits:

1. Exceptional people skills. The exclusivity of our invite-only retreats positions attendees with a unique opportunity to accelerate their careers overnight. The ideal candidate will use their prior sales experience to build relationships and navigate the sale to a close.

2. A passion for CRE. You don’t need to be a CRE veteran to love the industry. The ideal candidate will showcase their knowledge and interest in the CRE space through discussions with prospective attendees.

3. A drive to innovate. Escape and Ascent must evolve alongside the CRE industry. The ideal candidate will keep a close eye on the industry to identify relevant avenues for engaging potential new clients.
