CBRE Brings on Ritson Ferguson as Global CIO

CBRE Global Investors—which manages $88.4B of global assets—announced that Ritson Ferguson (pictured here, second from left with Wesley Capital Management’s Arthur Wrubel, Morgan Stanley’s Theodore Bigman and Pershing Square Capital Management’s William Ackman) will be the new global chief investment officer for the investment company, CBRE announced. Ritson has nearly 30 years of real estate investment experience—including globally—having led the CBRE Clarion Securities team since joining the organization in 1991. In this brand-new role, Ritson will coordinate investment decisions and program offerings across CBRE’s various markets. Ritson will also remain in his role as the CEO and co-CIO of CBRE Clarion Securities.
