Inside Peak 10's Atlanta Expansion

Lancope CEO Mike Potts, Peak 10 chairman David Jones and the firm's Angela Haneklau, City of Alpharetta Mayor David Belle Isle, Technology Association of Georgia CEO Tino Mantella, and Georgia State Sen. Brandon Beach were on hand for Peak 10's recent 15k SF expansion completion, in the Atlanta suburb, adding to the firm's 35k SF presence there. David Jones says this is the first of three planned 15k SF expansions in the South.

Long a slower growth market for data center operators, David says Atlanta is changing now. “We are witnessing a remarkable shift as this region becomes a magnet for technology and innovation,” he says. There may be something to that. We reported here in March that QTS plans to expand its Atlanta data center presence, including a possible third data center by 2016.
