Cushman & Wakefield has scooped up a top researcher from CBRE to lead its U.S. research team.

Revathi Greenwood joins the firm as head of Americas research and will oversee its national, regional and local platforms.

At CBRE, Greenwood was promoted to head of Americas investment research at the start of 2017 from Washington D.C./Baltimore head of investment, and she has been working out of CBRE's Tysons, Virginia, office. She helped put together the firm's quarterly market report and has frequently provided expertise on office market trends. Prior to joining CBRE, Greenwood spent nearly 10 years working in London as director of corporate finance for KPMG.

“With her extensive industry background and global experience, she immediately adds value and elevates our brand as highly regarded, visionary thought leaders," Cushman & Wakefield Chief Executive of the Americas Tod Lickerman said in a release. "Her insight optimizes the way we leverage data tools to the benefit of each and every Occupier and Investor client.”
