Oak Park Shopping Center Trades Hands For Nearly $30M

The Oak Park Shopping Center in Thousand Oaks just sold for around $28M, or $380/SF.

Private investors bought the more than 74k SF shopping center at 604 to 664 Lindero Canyon Road.

Chatsworth's Govind R. and Sonal G. Vaghashia purchased the center from Roseville investment firm Pacific Capital, the San Fernando Valley Business Journal reports.

Oak Park Shopping Center is 98% occupied with tenants including UPS and Goodwill Industries International. An on-site CVS Pharmacy was not part of the sale.

CBRE Group SVP Alex Kozakov, SVP Patrick Wade, SVP Larry Tanji and VP Scott Siegel repped Pacific Capital.
