New High-Rise Tower Latest Proposal For City West

A high-rise residential development may be coming to the site of a vacant building at 1247 W 7th St in City West.

Lifan Tower LLC, a subsidiary of Chinese car and motorcycle manufacturer Lifan Group, purchased the building, which sits on one acre, for $19M, according to Urbanize LA. The project would join other high-density residential projects planned for the area.

The project could include an approximately 28-story glass tower, outdoor decks on the roof, seating areas and swimming pools. [ULA]
