Da Vinci Reward Hits $170k

Placeholder

A reward for info that leads to an arrest and conviction for last month's massive Da Vinci fire has hit $170k, the LA Times reports. The fire destroyed the 526-unit development from Geoff Palmer on West Temple, which had been less than popular in the city. Now, one city councilman even wants the city to buy the land for use as a parking lot for Downtown. The development was to span an entire city block and total 1.3M SF. Geoff has seemed to move froward, however, and this month received permits for the second part of Broadway Palace, a 439-unit mixed-use project.
