New Beverly Hills Apartments Could Soon Be In The Pipeline
The Beverly Hills Planning Commission is weighing whether to approve a mixed-use building at 9200 Wilshire Blvd.
New Pacific Realty is proposing a six-story development on the nearly 40K SF property. It would feature 90 residential units, including one-, two- and three-bedroom floor plans.
Plans also call for three levels of underground parking with enough space for 275 vehicles.
MVE Architects is designing the proposed project, which has approximately 5,700 SF of retail and would include a swimming pool, a fitness center and a lounge and garden.
