$17M Refi for Universe in LA

HFF arranged refinancing for six multifamily projects for the Century City developer, the capital markets services firm announced today. HFF director Charles Halladay helped put the deal together for Universe on the 118-unit portfolio, which is about 98% leased. The seven-year, fixed-rate loans through Freddie Mac will range from 3.88% to 4.11%.
