New, Mixed-Use Project Could Be Coming To Koreatown

Renderings of a proposed mixed-use development at 3980 Wilshire Blvd show a seven-story building planned for the site of a former parking lot and low-rise buildings.

Jamison Services is developing the project, which would include 228 studio, one- and two-bedroom apartments and around 17k SF of ground-floor commercial space.

There would be parking accommodations for 340 cars and 267 bicycles on the one-acre site, according to Urbanize LA.

A swimming pool, a fitness room and a rooftop deck are among the other amenities.

KTGY Group is designing the building, which will feature exterior finishes including perforated metal screens, aluminum and exterior cement plaster.

The green light for the project is contingent on approval, including a zoning change, from city officials. [ULA]
