A new residential tower, Screenland Lofts, is being proposed at 115 North Screenland Dr in the Burbank Media District.

The 13-story building would sit on an approximately 0.7-acre site in an increasingly popular area.

Proposed by Connecticut's Lexham Realty, the project would have 40 two-bedroom apartments, more than 3,700 SF of ground-floor commercial space and 229 underground parking spaces, according to Urbanize LA.

Roger Ferris + Partners, a Connecticut architecture firm, is designing the 170-foot-tall building. It would have a rooftop swimming pool, a second-floor terrace garden and possibly a fitness center

No timeline has been set for the project, which would have to be approved by the city. [ULA]
