New High-Rise Could Be Coming To Figueroa Street

A high-rise complex is planned for a site that is now a parking lot on 8th and Figueroa streets in Downtown LA.
The proposed mixed-use development would be across from the FIGat7th.
The 43-story tower would house 436 units and more than 10k SF of ground-floor retail and restaurant space, according to Urbanize LA.
Plans for the project were filed with the City of LA last week.
The approximately one-acre property has been listed as part of the portfolio of Mitsui Fudosan America, the US arm of Mitsui Fudosan, a Japanese real estate developer. [ULA]
