Demand for any industrial product has been high over the last 18 months as vacancy has been between 2% and 3%, he notes. Pico Rivera-based CEG Construction is behind the buildings on Palomares Drive, which were constructed to offer custom build-out options.
The larger of the two concrete tilt-up buildings totals 50k SF on 2.3-acres and features 26' ceiling clearances, a completely secured truck court, four dock-high loading doors and 72 parking spaces. The second structure totals abut 33k SF on 1.5-acres. It has similar features and parking for 46 automobiles. Colliers' Joseph Williams is sharing the listing on the two buildings, expected to be complete in Q1.
