As Los Angeles and the West Coast emerge from the pandemic, some observers are suggesting the city is experiencing a commercial real estate “boom”, particularly in downtown LA.

Recent high-profile deals in or around the city include $276M in financing arranged by Sonnenblick-Eichner Co. for the new corporate headquarters and training facility for the Los Angeles Chargers football team. Also, Mesa West Capital provided $70.3M to a joint venture acquiring two Southern California industrial properties.

With more major deals on the horizon, what does the future look like for commercial real estate investors and lenders in LA and on the West Coast? Find out at Bisnow’s National Finance West event on May 17. Register for the event here.
