Proposed Project For DTLA Would House Vets

Placeholder

Skid Row Housing Trust is proposing a total of 100 affordable housing units for homeless vets in the Flower District in DTLA.

The Downtown LA Neighborhood Council's Planning and Land Use Committee will see details of the project, known as SP7, this week.

The development would be built on two sites at the corner of 7th and San Pedro streets.

A six- or seven-story building, designed by Killefer Flammang Architects, would go up at 419 East 7th St. It would have 81 residential units and feature case managers and on-site service coordinators, according to Urbanize LA.

A three-story building at 647 South San Pedro St would feature 19 additional apartments. [ULA]
