2. THE UK LEAVES THE EU WITHOUT A DEAL

It may look like Johnson’s hands are tied by the bill passed in September which said that to leave the EU without a deal, a majority in Parliament had to agree to this course of action. So maybe that happens, or maybe the government finds a way to circumvent this legislation. Either way, it is 1 November, and the UK has left the EU without a withdrawal agreement in place. So what does this mean for UK property?
