The company announced plans to move into Alliance Center North 3 — an industrial development opening in 2020. The project was launched last summer as a spec building for AllianceTexas by developer Hillwood.

Hillwood added the property to ensure it had enough industrial space available for existing and new customers shopping in AllianceTexas.

Through this move, Callaway is recommitting to AllianceTexas, where it has operated for about 10 years.

"Our new, larger distribution center gives us the ability to bring our family of brands under one roof to better serve our customers," Callaway Golf Co. Senior Director of Operations Brad Barnett said in a statement.

Alliance Center North 3 contains enough space to accommodate the fulfillment operations of Callaway Golf’s associated brands, including Callaway, Odyssey, OGIO, TravisMathew and Jack Wolfskin.

Alliance Center North 3 offers tenants immediate access to Interstate 35 West, as well as Fort Worth Alliance Airport, BNSF Railway’s Alliance Intermodal Facility, the FedEx Express Southwest Regional Hub and hubs for Amazon Air, UPS and FedEx Ground.
