Make an Equation

Houston Other

You had to be hip to be square to answer yesterday's riddle. Use the numbers 2, 3, 4 and 5 and the symbols + and = to make a true equation. Each must be used exactly once and no other numbers or symbols can be used. The answer is 3²=4+5, as Greystar’s Ryan Terrell first responded. He wins a ticket to Bisnow's Capital Markets Summit. (3+4=2+5 fits mathematically, but we said you could only use each symbol once!)
