Westway Plaza Reaches 100% Pre-Leased

It's still months before Westway Plaza delivers, but it's now fully spoken for. Transwestern Development broke ground on the 314k SF property in July, when GE took down 150k SF. Assisted by CBRE’s Craig Beyer, GE just expanded by 72k SF, bringing its total footprint to 222k SF. Transwestern’s leasing team (led by EVP Eric Anderson, pictured) also inked 64k SF with Superior Energy Services (repped by JLL’s Steven Burkett and CBRE’s Lucian Bukowski), and 27k SF for Tesco Corp (repped by Avison Young’s Scott Fikes). Westway Plaza sits on nine acres at the corner of Clay Road and Beltway 8, and will deliver in Q2.
