Houston's Petrochemical Corridor Continues To Grow With New 76k SF Lease For Dow

Dow Chemical leased 76k SF at Deerwood Glen III at 4460 SH 225 in Deer Park. The lease accounts for 77% of available space at the facility. The 98k SF, Class-A two-story building is scheduled for an August delivery. The project being executed by Clay Development & Construction is the third building in the office park section of Deerwood Glen Business Park. CBRE's Craig Beyer, Jeff Cutler and Kristian Nielsen repped Dow, and Clay's Charlie Christ repped the landlord.
