Petrochem Activity Spurs New Office Lease in Deer Park

The Brock Group leased 38k SF (the entire second floor) at Deerwood Glen Business Park in Deer Park. Savills Studley’s Bryant Lach, Mark O’Donnell (pictured) and Derrell Curry repped the tenant and tell us Brock, an industrial services group, has been growing thanks to its work with clients in the petrochemical space. It wanted to stay put in Deer Park, close to that expanding industry. Deerwood Glen appealed because of its large floor plate and room for future growth. Brock will move into the facility in early Q4. Clay Development’s Charlie Christ repped the landlord, and Savills Studley’s Ed Bowerman and David Finklea consulted on project management for Brock.
