Hartman Buys Class-A in Greenspoint

An affiliate of Hartman Short Term Income Properties XX purchased 400 North Belt. Hartman CEO Al Hartman (here with wife Lisa and daughters Margaret, Victoria and Charlotte) tells us the acquisition is part of an overall plan to grow its value-add portfolio in three Texas markets. The 231k SF Class-A office project is in Greenspoint and is 64% leased. 400 North Belt was built in ’82 and has undergone more than $2M in capital upgrades over the last 10 years. A fitness center will open in the building this year. HFF’s Danny Miller and Trent Agnew repped the seller, and Hartman’s Dave Wheeler, Julian Kwok and Russell Turman repped the buyer.
