Boxer unveiled a funky new look, dog-friendly amenities and modern coworking suites at 1322 Space Park, a 123k SF office building in Clear Lake that proves even old dogs can have new tricks. Here are Boxer president Justin Segal, VP Brett Scholz and asset manager Chris McGee at the grand opening. The property was built in 1966 but now has the latest in coworking technology through the Boxer Workstyle program, including shared lobby areas and collaborative common space. The building renovations were designed by Rogelio Rendon.

Tenants can now bring dogs to work, and enjoy the property’s new dog park. Above, leasing agent Allison Faulk brought her dog Marlee to the festivities. Other added amenities include an outside deck and food truck park. (That's people food, not dog food.)
