Luxury Condo Project Coming To The Heights

Fabian Trujillo, a luxury home realtor with Keller Williams Metropolitan, is working with a consortium of Central American investors to build a high-rise condo project in Houston’s Greater Heights area.

The new development will be built on about two acres on the corner of I-10 and Shepherd Drive, near the White Oak Bayou, according to the Houston Business Journal.

The unnamed condo project would consist of three glass and steel towers totaling up to 150 units. Two of the towers would feature rooftop amenity decks with luxury pool, landscaping with a river-like water feature, and a pet area.

The third building would be taller than the other two and would feature large, two-story penthouses as well as a rooftop helicopter pad. Units will range from $230k to $1.2M.

Trujillo told the newspaper he hopes to have a sales center open by Q4 2016. [HBJ]
