Landmark's Second Grand Parkway Multifamily

Landmark purchased 17 acres in Gleannloch Farms, its second Grand Parkway acquisition in 13 months. ARA’s Tom Dosch spearheaded the transaction for Landmark (with the rest of the ARA land team—David Marshall, Tim Dosch, and Clark Dalton) and tells us the new site is at Boudreaux Road and the Grand Parkway, between The Woodlands/Exxon and Vintage Park/Noble Energy. Landmark will develop a multifamily community there, joining retail and other development in the immediate area. Landmark also liked the proximity of high-end single-family homes. The other site was in Longmeadow Farms off the Grand Parkway, and will also be a multifamily property.
